Connect Claude to DealerApex Notes

Let Claude search, read, write and organize your notes. Claude works as you: it sees only the workspaces and pages you can see.

Before you start

You need a DealerApex Notes account with a password. If you sign in to Notes with Google or an email link, open Notes → Settings → your account, and set a password first.

Claude.ai or the Claude desktop app

Open Settings → Connectors.
Click Add custom connector.
Name it DealerApex Notes and paste this URL:
https://mcp.notes.dealerapex.ai/mcp
Click Add, then Connect. A sign-in page opens. Sign in with your Notes email and password.
In a chat, open the tools menu and make sure DealerApex Notes is turned on.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may need to add the connector for the organization first. After that, you only click Connect.

Claude Code

Run:
claude mcp add --transport http dealerapex-notes https://mcp.notes.dealerapex.ai/mcp
Start claude, type /mcp, pick dealerapex-notes and choose Authenticate. Sign in in the browser window that opens.

“Find my notes about the Q4 plan and summarize them.”
“Create a page called Meeting notes – Monday with these points: …”
“Add a Next steps section to the Hamilton store page.”
“Move all pages about pricing into the Planning folder.”

Good to know

Every change Claude makes is made as you and shows up in Notes right away.
Claude can move pages to the trash but can't delete them permanently. Restore them from Trash in Notes.
You'll be asked to sign in again about every two weeks. Just click Connect again.
To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude's settings.
“Wrong email or password”: use your Notes password, not your Google password.
